In Training

Team Wayne have begun training for the 3 Peaks Challenge! Damo, Kev & Mike have been training regularly in the gym. Working mainly on cardio and fitness levels, as well as some weights to increase overall body strength.

Carl has been out runing with some of the family too.

Damo and Kev have been wearing in their hiking gear, trekking off to Castle Eaton along the Thames Path (pictured right), which is an 8.5 mile round trip. First attempt was 3 hours 13 and Kev shaved 40 minutes off that on the 2nd attempt.

The team will shortly be meeting up together to start some hiking training, with The Ridgeway and Liddington Hill the first few areas to tackle locally, before moving onto some hillier terrain (eg Brecon Beacons or Snowdonia).
